Can citizen of Israel living in the U.S. cast an absentee ballot in Israeli elections?

I was told that Israeli citizens living permanently/staying for a long time in America (or overseas in general) do not automatically have the right to vote in absentia. Presumably, that right depends on several factors such as: reason why person is living/staying abroad as well as for how long he/she has been out of the country. Is that really true?

Lifespan of a Blood Fin Parrot Fish?

I have had a blood fin parrot fish in my aquarium for literally ten years. How long do they live, out of curiousity? He still seems to be going strong despite all he's been though (for instance I once noticed he had a rock stuck in his mouth and so I got a pair of tweezers and quickly grabbed him and pulled the rock out, then returned him to the tank, and this was several years ago). The only time he ever appears sickly is if I forget to clean the tank for awhile, but after a thorough cleaning he is back to his old self.

Feeling so confused!!!!!?

ok so ive been having few problems and im feeling so low and cant seem to find any answers! the last 4-5 weeks ive been feeling really off and not myself. ive been having nausea throughout the day which decreased a few weeks ago but has reappeared again! increase of urine, tummy cramps, and headaches and occasionally dizziness! i did a preg test 5 day before my period was due and it was neg! my period arrived on time was a bit different that usual then when my period finished i had spotting 3 days later! the period pains are constant and sometimes painful. i finally went to the doc and he was useless didn't ask anything about my period said my headaches was the weather! and just poked my belly. then said if i wanted i could have a ultra sound but gave me some pills 2 take for the cramps in the mean time! so he did no help e at all! i was thinkingmaybee i have a water infection or something, the last few days ive been having tingling sensation in my ! i have little girl an ididn'tt have any symptomss of pregnancy and was 6 weeks when found out! also the last 2 days ive been having a breakout which i never usuallyy have! i worried something is really wrong! its really worrying me not knowing what it is: anyone had this experience or able to give me a few answerer'ses thanks

Is Capcom Gonna Make a Resident Evil 6??? Why Do You Think??? How Long?

My first Resident Evil game was the DS port of the original, I did not like it, but I hear not everyone did. I bought Resident Evil 4 and was blown away by it. It is awesome. Oh I bought the Gamecube version by the way. I am gonna buy Resident Evil 0 (which I saw in the same store). I would like to buy the remake. After playing RE4 I am now a fan of Resident Evil. The remake looks awesome, better than the DS one (hell even the PS1 version I hear is better). When I get a PSPgo I would like to get on it Resident Evil 2 (as well as the N64 version, cause my N64 is my favorite console ever). Resident Evil 3 for the PS1 looks pretty cool (once again will get it for PSPgo). I really liked the demo for Resident Evil 5. Oh and I saw Code: Veronica on PS2. I would even get a Dreamcast for the Resident Evil games on that. Now I am literally blown away by this series. Anyway I heard RE6 may be a reboot, which will be fine as I dont mind. Anything to continue the story. Not only that but I hear it may take 4-8 years to make it. Ok for is plenty but 8... I dont think I can wait that long. I mean if they give us somethign like a Resident Evil 2 remake to have until then then that will be fine. But other than that I am not waiting 8 years. You definitely need to go to an art school. It's tough to say which one since I don't know where you live or what your situation is. I know that Chicago Art Institute has a really good reputation. You have to be really picky in choosing an art school because the school you go to will depend heavily on what kind of job you get. Make sure they have programs to help you find employment after you graduate. And your grades will still be important but you need to put together a portfolio of your artwork. She was reluctant to say anything about fibro because "it could be anything." The blood tests are perfectly fine. The Cymbalta helps somewhat. My friend still feels that it couldn't be anything else. My gut instinct, my intuition, also says it is fibro. But I don't want to seem hypochondriac, especially since I have several other diagnosed disorders. I am just concerned that the doctor will continue to be reluctant to diagnose.

I watched Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince today and I can't help but cry while watching the movie. I did not only cry when Dumbledore died. Before that, I already cried while I watched him and Harry talk. I cried so much when he said to Harry something about abandoning him when something happens to save himself. Maybe because I know that soon he'll be gone. Did you feel the same way too? Please tell me what you think of HP6 coz I just appreciated it now. Of course, I appreciated the stories before, but I was really strucked this time and really saddened. Albus Dumbledore is a really good man and he's one of the very few persons who Harry can trust. Our car was vandalised by two 16 year olds who were bullying my son?

The day I reported the bullying incident to the school and the police, these two kids wanted revenge & scratched up the paint, broke off a mirror, tore the spare tire cover to bits, and bent the ariel. did about �2500 in damage. They were properly arrested by the police and taken to jail. They confessed the whole thing and signed written statements. In October, I purchased a Sony Walkman 580i cell phone with a prepaid AT&T Plan. It worked fine for several months, but recently, a problem has cropped up. Seemingly at random, the words "Searching for Network" will appear at the top of the screen. The phone will then drain its battery in roughly an hour, presumably searching for the aforementioned network. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I might resolve this problem? Over thinking is killing me!?

As a generalisation I think that right-wing thinking is too emotional and too appealingly simplistic whereas left-wing thinking is much more rational. I think that religious thinking is also too emotional and too appealingly simplist and I think that the thinking of Atheists is much more rational. Now I think that emotions and simple models should be taken into account when making decisions (especially when they affect others) but final actions should always be decided using rationality, fairness and reason. I believe that too much emotional thinking and over-simplistic thinking causes more problems than it solves. Do you agree with me? Or do you think that emotional thinking and appealing but overly-simplistic thinking has some place in decision making processes? If so, why? Or can you say anything else about the role of emotions and/or over-simplicity in human affairs?

i think what you are dealing with is a very hard situation. but i think she just gets fussy at night because she doesent want to go to sleep. she probably knows that when it is dark its really close to time to go to sleep. my soloution to you is to take her to her crib every 2 to 3 hours after she wakes up. during those 2 to 3 hours feed her, change her diaper and even entertain her, what ever she needs. and also when you take her to go to sleep put her pacifier in her mouth just in case she starts whinning.

Anxiety about labor with second child?

I am having really bad anxiety about having my second child. I am 24 weeks pregnant now and every time I go in for a check up I freak out. My blood pressure is sky high and my heart races. So the first night of our trip we stayed at these cabins and I was helping my cousin out with some of her boy problems and when I got back there was only like there was only like two kids in the lodge so I stayed for a few minutes and talked to them and one of the freshman in my chapter came and told me they were going to start a movie in one of the cabins so I went. When I got there the two couches were both completely full and there were two beds. On one of the beds was the 18 year old guy I mentioned before and one the other there was another guy so at first I was just standing behind the couch and then the one guy grabbed me by my waist and told me to sit down. So I sat down and like ten minutes into the movie he started to mage my back and I thought it was a little weird but he stopped after a little bit and then like five minutes later he suddenly grabbed me and pulled me onto the bed and he snuggled up to me. There were like 13 other kids in the room and I didn't want to make a scene so I just tried to get farther away but every time I moved he would just pull me tighter and closer so I couldn't move. He started to put one of his hands on my thigh and he rubbed my thigh he stopped rubbibg my thigh and than started rubbibg my arm. He walked me back to my cabin when I decided to leave and I said good night and practically ran to my door cause I thought he was going to try to kiss me. The next day I went to breakfast and he wistled at me when I walked in. I ate my breakfast and than went to go play card games with every one. While I was playing he came up behind me and started maging my back and he leaned up against me and he got a *****. Later we were on the bus and one of the girls came up to me and asked if me and that guy were dating. I told her no and then she told me how he had attemped to three different girls before. After I had told her we weren't dating the rest of the trip if he touched me someone would say something to him or push or hit him but he still wouldn't stop touching me. We were in the pool another time and he wanted me to come play chicken with them I said no three times but he grabbed my arm and pulled me over any ways. The entire week he wouldn't stop touching me. I seldom have to go into the office to work. But when I do, I bring my laptop and use a wireless connection provided by my employer. my daughter just lost her job and is living in houston. THe best thing for her to do is to move back home in orlando florida. Homemade Iron/Aluminium Furnace?

I am trying to make a homemade furnace that can melt iron and aluminium, to start out im am trying to melt aluminium foil. I have two furnaces and i can't decide which one is better and why. The first furnace is an Electric Arc furnace that runs of a dc battery charger that can spit out 75A at 12V, i use a graphite pencil lead for my electrode but that burns out to quick. I think this could be solved by using a larger carbon electrode like those in 6V zinc-carbon batteries. The second furnace is a propane blow torch furnace powered by a little hand blow torch, this gets the aluminium red hot but i think its being oxidized into aluminium oxide which raises it melting temperature. I ran it for about 3 minutes and it didn't melt anything. Im guessing if i added some fibregl insulation it would get hotter faster and if i let it run longer it might melt the foil. The other idea i have but haven't tried yet is to directly connect the aluminium foil to the battery charger and have a current limiting device in between so the chargers breaker doesn't blow. I would like to know which of these is the best and by best i mean easiest, fastest, hottest and cheapest.
