What makes the KGV version of the bible so sacrosanct to some people when it's only?

Once again, you have made certain unfounded umptions, and in this case it's about the reasons that people believe what they believe. From what I can tell, many, not all, Christians believe that the teachings of Jesus were about unconditional love, and despite all the twists and turns that have been put on the Bible over many centuries, many of us think the words of the J-Man come through loud and clear. It seems to me that it says a lot more about the intention of JC to communicate over time than it says about what people have or have not done to the Bible. But, since you asked, why do so many people put such faith in something so limiting, incomplete and uncertain as science?
