Is she really my friend?

ok so i had a hard time keeping in touch with my friend cuz ive been busy in may/june may and june are the busiest months for my family so she got mad at me and made a promise with someone she tell me who this person is that she wont talk to me around school which is stupid and i was talking to her on facebook why i can go to detroit this year and i have ADHD and i said something random in chat and then she got mad saying tht i dont keep in touch with her and im sick an its tht time of the month for me and plus my phone wont send txt messages cuz theres an error tht the companys having so we got in this big fight today and brought up saying this: "how r u a so called friend if u made tht promise with someone how u cant be seen with me!" then we got into a fight then i went offline on facebook chat. so is she really my friend?
