Question about thawing frozen milk?

I was just wondering, how long can you leave milk in the refrigerator after thawing it? Meaning you transfer the milk from the freezer to the fridge; it takes about 12 hours to thaw but how long afterwards can you leave it in the fridge, uming that it was stored in the freezer immediately after pumping and was in the freezer for about a week?
