You may have celiac disease. 1 in 133 people have Gluten sensitivity and don't know it. You should def read The Gluten Connection; I recommend it to anyone with mysterious health problems. Also you should eat cubers and melons to keep you hydrated and keep your body clean. Those two foods can be even better than water because their water enters the cell quickly and hydrates deeper. Water is still important tho. You should also avoid caffeine and starches and possibly even grains ( white bread) these foods spike your blood sugar and will give you headaches.
