my summer vacation is exactly 3 months away and prom is a little before, i am 5'6 and i wouldnt be consitered fat but im not what i should look like. i got the belly flubber and my upper thighs are kinda chubby now. I want to tone my , flatten my stomach and fix my legs. this involving losing 10ish pounds. how is this do-able in 3 months if i play softball and is willing to attend the gym and change my dieet. i just need a plan or quide, any help needed.thanks
