Feeling so confused!!!!!?

ok so ive been having few problems and im feeling so low and cant seem to find any answers! the last 4-5 weeks ive been feeling really off and not myself. ive been having nausea throughout the day which decreased a few weeks ago but has reappeared again! increase of urine, tummy cramps, and headaches and occasionally dizziness! i did a preg test 5 day before my period was due and it was neg! my period arrived on time was a bit different that usual then when my period finished i had spotting 3 days later! the period pains are constant and sometimes painful. i finally went to the doc and he was useless didn't ask anything about my period said my headaches was the weather! and just poked my belly. then said if i wanted i could have a ultra sound but gave me some pills 2 take for the cramps in the mean time! so he did no help e at all! i was thinkingmaybee i have a water infection or something, the last few days ive been having tingling sensation in my ! i have little girl an ididn'tt have any symptomss of pregnancy and was 6 weeks when found out! also the last 2 days ive been having a breakout which i never usuallyy have! i worried something is really wrong! its really worrying me not knowing what it is: anyone had this experience or able to give me a few answerer'ses thanks
