Why could I being having nipple soarness?

I am 52 years old and have not gone through menapause yet, my hormone level is fine as of last week. I had this before a couple of years ago and I had leakage with it. There is now leakage now. I had a Mammogram 2 weeks ago and it was fine. My Doctor put me on Dilauded for pain and Cymbalta for depression and nerve pain. I am a Diabetic x five years. He also lowered my Glucatrol to 5 mg. twice a day from 20 mg. twice a day and my Glucophage to 500 mg. twice a day from 1000 mg. twice a day. I very seldom have to take any of it because I don't eat a lot. Jackie
