Can I get a work visa to Kuwait, in case I have a valid work visa to Saudi but don't wish to go there?

I have a Saudi work visa already stamped but now I have got another better offer from an Employer in Kuwait. Before taking up the offer I want to know if I will be eligible to get a Kuwait work visa, since my work visa (3 months) to Saudi is still valid and I have not used it.
