Were ebaY sellers supposed to include Sales Tax in their descriptions?

These are Canadian taxes, nothing to do with the seller. The tax applied depends on the nature of the item. On the back of the Customs form it will show you how to complain. I have done that a couple of times, got my money back, but it takes weeks.
