Fantasy Football: Should I drop Derrick Mason and add Vincent Jackson?

I'm in an 8-team, 16-player league with no trades, only waivers. My team currently has at WR: Reggie Wayne, Steve Smith (New York Giants), Johnny Knox, and Derrick Mason. I also have Jackson's teammate, QB Philip Rivers as one of my QB's (Brett Favre & Matt Ryan are others). Anyway, I know Jackson is going to be suspended the first 3 weeks, but he had a better season last year and reportedly has bigger upside and more playmaking ability than Mason. So should I make the switch?
