Rank these colleges, from best to worse....?

I'd say the best would be CUNY Baruch, CUNY City, CUNY Hunter, Penn State, Rutgers, Syracuse, New Jersey, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, U Conn, Wagner, and Arizona State (especially the Honors college), but not in that order. Those are just what I'd consider the best of the list.
